Parking in Commerce

I'll either walk or bicycle, and only seldom drive to the centre of Skövde. If I remember well, the last time I used the car to go shopping in the centre of Skövde was something like three months ago, when  I had parked in Commerce - the local shopping centre - for a parking fee of 6 SEK for two  hours.
It was last week that the use of the car was mandatory again, due to heavy shopping plans. As per usual I drove to the parking lot of Commerce where I was met with an utterly frustrating surprise.
The parking fee was 10 SEK per hour, and let's see know.
I used to pay 6 SEK for two hours (3 SEK per hour), and today I must pay 10 SEK for one hour!
A quick calculation indicates a 233% rise of the parking fee, which in plain English is called rip-off!
This particular day the parking lot looked totally deserted, and I certainly hope it will remain so.
If the management of the Commerce wanted us, the shoppers, to stay away from their parking lot, they could have certainly said so, instead of trying to keep us away by ripping us off!
This was the last time I parked in Commerce ever. By Sandtorget, only few hundred meter away, you can park for 10 SEK per hour in a parking lot run by "Skövde Kommun".

According to the information in English provided in the Commerce web-page, the price is still 6 SEK for every two hours while, according to the information in Swedish, the parking fee is 10 SEK per hour. Here is the link http://www.comm.se/UK/Customer_Services.aspx

The parking lot in Commerce is run by some "efm parking AB". If you'd like some more information about the particular company, try to Google it.
